Pavement Washing Permit

​​​A city issued washing permit is required for the washing of driveways, parking lots, aprons and other non-landscaped areas of commercial and industrial properties for the purpose of maintaining the area in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. To obtain a permit, please complete the form below. (Required fields are in bold and marked with a "*".  The Application Date and Permit Number fields are for application use only.)  After you have completed the form, press the "Submit Application" button to process your permit. When the "Application Date and Permit Number" appear, you can press the "Download Permit" button to get a PDF copy of the permit. You will also receive a copy of the permit via email.
