Alarm Permit Application

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The Manteca Municipal Code requires alarm permits for alarm systems designed to summon public and/or Manteca Police Department attention.This includes hold up alarms, distress alarms, audible alarms, and burglar alarms. You may use this on-line form for both new alarm permit applications and alarm permit renewals. (Important: For upcoming residential renewals in 2019, if you have an even numbered address, you do not need to renew until January 2020)

​​Alarm Permit Renewal Information

  • Residential Alarm Permits with odd numbered addresses must be renewed January 1st - 31st in odd numbered years and are valid thru December 31st of the following year.
  • Residential Alarm Permits with even numbered addresses must be renewed January 1st - 31st in even numbered years and are valid thru December 31st of the following year.
  • Business Alarm Permits must be renewed yearly January 1st - 31st and are valid until December 31st of the same year.
