Manteca Transit Title VI Program

Draft Title VI Program – FY 2021-2022 to FY 2023-2024 

The City of Manteca is updating its Title VI Program. The Title VI Program discusses how the City will ensure that  the City of Manteca is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of race, color, or national origin, as provided by the Title VI of the Civil rights Act of 1964, as amended. The City is holding a 30 day public review process and anticipates having the City Council approve the title VI Program on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 7:00pm, at Manteca City Hall, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, CA 95337. Manteca Transit operates its programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the City of Manteca.
