Inspection Announcement

Beginning Monday, June 29, 2020, the City of Manteca will transition to a new online inspection request portal. The previous phone systems and email systems will no longer be operational and all inspections will be scheduled utilizing our website which can be found here at our online inspection portal. This new system will allow for a streamlined and expedited manner in which you can schedule your inspections, even weeks in advance for your convenience. It will also allow you to see the status of your inspections, inspection results, dates scheduled, and more.

Please note that as part of this transition the paper inspection records will be phased out with all permits issued on or before July 1, 2020, and inspections will all utilize the online system as part of the permanent records. You are able to print these out for your records at any time if necessary.

Please do not utilize this system until July 1, 2020. Any inspection scheduled before that date utilizing the system will not be scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

If you have any questions, please Contact Us.
