Can I order Plans & Specifications by credit card?
The city is no longer selling plans and specifications over the counter. You may purchase bid documents from the Stockton Blue PlanWell website. For questions about the use of the Stockton Blue website please contact them at (209) 464-8724.

How do I find out about projects the City is planning to construct?
There are a couple of resources we have right here on the City of Manteca web site:

  1. The Planholders List shows which projects Public Works currently has out to bid.
  2. The Project Status Report has information on larger City projects currently under construction, as well as future Capital Improvement Projects.

What is the best way for me to be notified when projects are out to bid?

  1. To track project planholders and display them on the Planholders List page of this website.

  2. If you are selected to receive an RFP/RFQ, this enables us to have information to contact you.

  3. If you have supplied us with your valid e-mail address, we will attempt to send an e-mail notification for each new project as it is put out to bid.
