May 23, 2017 - Red Hawk Casino
Includes round-trip transportation from Manteca Senior Center to Red Hawk Casino. Cost is $25.00 per person. Must be 21 years or older and bring valid I.D.

Manteca Parks and Recreation Department’s Summer Camp 2017
Are you wondering where your child should go for some summer break FUN?! We have a great solution for you. Enroll them into the Manteca Parks and Recreation Summer Day Camp Program, where they will experience new things, make friends, and have loads of FUN! Our days are packed with arts and crafts, engaging group games, SWIMMING, outdoor play, small group games and special events! Pick from a variety of free play activities like building Legos, playing board games with friends, or making a lanyard. Staff are experienced working with children and will act as group camp counselors. Don’t forget, we have new and exciting fields trips every Wednesday (except the last week of camp—Field Trip will be on Friday, August 4th). NOTES: Morning and afternoon snack will be provided; however, please remember to send a sack lunch with your child each day. Camp application must be completed and all fees paid prior to any child attending camp. Camp staff will monitor restroom breaks as well as supervising restroom facilities from the outside. All campers must be potty-trained and able to use the restroom unassisted.

Italian Vistas - February 25-March 9, 2018
This 13 day trip includes 17 meals (11 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 5 dinners) and round-trip transportation to and from the airport when purchasing Collette airfare with your tour. The Manteca Police Department and the California Office of Traffic Safety want to remind bicycle riders and motorists to be cautious during then May National Bicycle Safety Month, and every other month during the year.

Suspect Arrested in Fatal Shooting
The Manteca Police Department arrested the suspect in a fatal shooting of a 60-year-old man in the Taco Bell parking lot last night. The suspect was also charged with carjacking a vehicle he stole when fleeing the scene of the shooting.

Impaired Driving Enforcement Operations Planned for Cinco de Mayo Weekend
Officers from the Manteca Police Department DUI Enforcement Team will be deploying this weekend to stop and arrest alcohol and drug-impaired drivers.

Fatal Shooting in Parking Lot
On 05/02/17 Manteca Police responded to a shooting in the parking lot at 1968 Daniels St. An adult male had been shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries.

DUI Checkpoint Results 04-28-2017
On 04/28/17 the Manteca Police Department conducted a DUI/Drivers License checkpoint to deter drunk and drugged driving.
