Welcome to the Manteca Police Department’s web site.  This site was designed to help you learn more about our department, report crimes and community problems, keep you informed about incidents and events occurring in your neighborhood, and provide you with links to helpful web sites such as Megan’s Law. 

 I am very proud of the men and women who make up the Manteca Police Department.  We are dedicated to reducing crime and providing for the safety of our citizens and visitors.  Our Department motto, “Duty to Serve,” speaks to our commitment to the ideals of duty, honor, and service above self.  Our highly trained and motivated officers and staff employ the latest in innovation and technology to provide the community of Manteca with law enforcement service that is second to none.

 I have been fortunate to have been raised in this community, graduated from local schools, and served the Manteca Police Department for over 25 years.  I have seen our city grow from a small farming community to a destination for shopping and recreation.  I am excited about the future of our city.  My department and I are committed to providing the best service possible for my hometown.  We are here for you.  If you ever have questions or concerns, please contact me or my staff.
