DESCRIPTION: William Lloyd Balser is wanted by the Manteca Police Department for multiple counts of child molesting including unlawful intercourse with a child, lewd acts with a child, and continuous sexual abuse of a child.  A warrant charging Balser with these offenses has been issued by the Manteca Municipal Court with a bail of  $1,000,000.00.  Balser is a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.  He was born July 26, 1959. William Balser has been in hiding since February, 1998 and should be considered dangerous.

William Balser has been seen in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Fresno/Bakersfield, California area since his flight to avoid arrest.
