The City of Manteca has outsourced the management of its parking
citations to a Citation Processing Center. The Citation Processing
Center has numerous agreements with California cities and other public
agencies to provide parking citation processing services.
Information on how to pay the parking penalty is located on the back of
your parking citation. You must pay the parking penalty within
twenty-one (21) days from the date the citation was issued. Failure to
pay the penalties will result in additional penalties being added and
the possible withholding of your vehicle registration by the Department
of Motor Vehicles CVC 4760.
PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE MANTECA POLICE DEPARTMENT. YOU
MAY DROP OFF YOUR PAYMENT IN THE PAYMENT DROP OFF BOX IN THE OUTER LOBBY
OF THE MANTECA POLICE DEPARTMENT.
To pay the penalty, please use the self addressed envelope provided with
the parking citation. The penalty will be forfeited and no further
proceedings may be held. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Please mail a check or money
order to:

days after your citation has been issued.
In order to avoid accruing late fees, it is recommended that you send in
your payment with the citation.
Payments may be made by mail. Remit payment to the agency listed on the

If you believe that the parking citation was issued in error you may
