TRAINING DIVISION
The Fire Training Division provides educational and training opportunities, maintains documentation of accomplishments, coordinates certification programs, and identifies the needs for maintaining established standards and mandates to support the mission of the Manteca Fire Department. These opportunities include the needs of all levels beginning with recruitment and continuing through the rank of Fire Chief.
Training is a critical function for any modern fire service agency. Although the Training Division's primary customer is internal, we provide the citizens with the best service possible by providing the most valid, current, and realistic training for all Fire Department personnel.
