      • Up to $15,000 provided for down payment assistance
      • Call to determine if you qualify

      • Window Repair/Replacement

      • Door Weather-stripping

      •  Hot Water Heater Repair/Replacement
    • Mobile Homes OK

      • Any safety related issues that need to be fixed in the home

    • Must qualify under their income standards, call for details
  3. DRAIL (Disability Resource Agency for Independent Living : (209) 477-6342
    • Must be disabled
    • No rentals, Mobile Homes OK
    • Assistance includes all issues related to disability assistance:
      • Walk in tubs
      • Hand rails
      • Ramps
      •  Door widening
      • Anything that will help the disabled person move easier throughout the home
