Housing Programs

The Manteca Redevelopment Agency administers housing programs designed to encourage private and public investment within the City of Manteca residential areas. All the programs are actively implemented and have similar objectives of promoting economic development and redevelopment, creating jobs, eliminating blight, and providing housing that is livable and affordable to all of our residents, including those with lower incomes. All Agency programs share a common goal of enhancing Manteca’s reputation as The Family City.
