Business Programs

The Manteca Redevelopment Agency administers business programs that are designed to encourage private and public investment within the City of Manteca industrial and commercial areas. All the programs are actively implemented and have similar objectives of promoting economic development and redevelopment, creating jobs, expanding the City’s property and sales tax base, and eliminating blight. All Agency programs share a common goal of enhancing Manteca’s reputation as The Family City.
