San Joaquin Partnership


The primary objective of the San Joaquin Partnership is outreach and attraction of high-tech companies and other targeted industries to San Joaquin County.  Other services include research and follow-up regarding business incentives available from the State of California and Federal Government.

Small Business Development Center (SBDC)



Provides assistance in the creation, retention, and expansion of small businesses in our area.  The SBDC has a successful 13-year history of providing entrepreneurial training and one-on-one business consulting and financial analysis to existing business owners and those seeking to start up a small business.
