The primary objective of the San Joaquin Partnership is

Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
Provides assistance in the creation, retention, and expansion of small
businesses in our area. The SBDC has a successful 13-year history of providing
entrepreneurial training and one-on-one business consulting and financial analysis to
existing business owners and those seeking to start up a small business.
