Follow the links below to access our online forms and handouts. If you have questions about a form, call our main line at (209) 239-8421. If the form you are looking for is not listed here, it is not yet available online. We will be adding new materials to this site regularly, so check back often. You also may call and request that a form be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to you.
Online application forms may be printed out and completed by hand; some may be completed on your computer screen and then printed. All relevant information is required. The completed, signed form may be submitted in person, mailed or delivered to the Building Safety Division at 1001 W. Center St. Manteca, CA 95337, or faxed to (209) 825-2307. Electronic submittals are not accepted.
The estimated plan-check fee must be paid at the time of submittal. Remaining permit fees will be due and payable upon issuance of the permit. Fees may be paid by cash or check only (no credit cards).
