Facade Improvement Grant Program
The Facade Improvement Program is intended to encourage business owners and commercial property owners to enhance the appearance of properties through improvements of the exterior façade of commercial building and/or the installation of business building signage.

The Program is a 50/50 matching grant program designed to support businesses throughout the eligible areas of the Central Business District, providing the opportunity for property and business owners to reinvest in their properties while creating a more attractive commercial environment in order to strengthen economic vitality.

Façade and signage improvements can have a significant impact on appearance, community pride, economic setting, and marketability of the properties and businesses located in the eligible areas of the Central Business District.

Interested business owners and commercial property owners are encouraged to apply and can download the Program Flyer, Program Guidelines, and Application below:
